Not Resolving payment issue with PayPal

Can someone at Ubereats so something about the horrible service. For 24 hours no one even responded to a message for help on the app. Then for 5 hours for assistance for some stupid resolution for my problem. Got a final answer saying everything is fine I can order now late yesterday. This morning it's still not working! It's been 3 days and I can't order. I don't have a car so I dependent on delivery. And unfortunately they the only ones that accept PayPal. So I am stuck. They have not solved my problem.
