Not receiving my order

I ordered a triple decker small pizza through uber eats app, it indicated that my delivery will be on 9pm but I waited till the indicated time but I never recieved a text or a phone call to let me tell me to come and fatch the pizza from the delivery guy named Godfrey. I made a complaint of not receiving the order and they said I will get my refund after 3-10 which is too far . I didn't plan on cooking today but I had make other means because the food never showed up
