Not happy

It would appear uber eats are very good in taking money,yet when you buy something via their app and the stuff on out of stock, when they are supposed to refund you,they come up with excuses, I bought something in game boksburg via their up and the total amount was 361,and the things that were in stock costed me 192,and they deducted full amount in my account, when I followed up, I was told it will clear up within few hours and I will be refunded, now it has been days since I have been waiting for my refund .
