Not even worth 1 star - Customer Service is absolute ****e, I will complaining about the same thing these other thousands of users complained about.

Delivery Driver Musa on an electric scooter from Strand Street Mcdonald's Cape Town showed up to my house empty handed on Saturday evening 12/07/2024. He arrived with NO FOOD. He then asked me to wait while he goes back to the store to collect my order, i told him No and that i will cancel the order. This is south africa, this driver was up to something Shady - he was speaking xhosa to his friend on the phone and even asked me to keep his phone then his friend will bring the food - how ridiculous

I have been corresponding with Uber since then and they refuse to refund me saying the driver left it in a secure location. What secure location?? the pavement?! I received nothing, the driver showed up with nothing.

Ridiculous service, I have reached out to my bank to get my money back - zero service received from Uber to assist with that poor excuse of a delivery driver.
