At 8h40 he finally arrived with cold food. That after I gave him simple directions. Uber Eats service is terrible. It was my first time using them and the last time. You can't contact only chat on the app and if you minimize the chat to check for an order no or anything you have to start again. No Thank You No more Uber Eats
