Not delivered

I thought the rate increase for electricity was ridiculous but the service I received from you was just beyond that. I ordered KFC 21 piece bucket. The food was not delivered and the driver said he called and waited for me for 8min. I was home and there was no delivery at my gate. The picture that he send is not where I live and he did not leave anything at my door or gate. I was charged the full amount. So he did not cancel the order. I want my money back coz I never go the food I ordered
