Nonsensical Uber eats Customer service

I placed an order at 18h30 and waited for the delivery and my food was issued to someone else. The customer service told me at 19h30 that I will be refunded my money in 3 to 5 business days yest my money was out of my account immediately. I waited for the driver and tried to contact him and the phone was off. I called the customer service agent both her and her manager were rude to me.

I am not sure if I am being undermined as they are Indian and I am black
