Nonsense Customer Service

I made an order and cancelled the order as it was not going thru and made another order which was charged cash and it was delivered but there was an unauthorized charge on my card and when i asked for help i was given 3 different reasons why there was a charge and all but none of them made sense or was valid and when i asked them again they managed to come up with a relevant excuse but are not telling me why i was charged for that and now they are refusing to refund or credit me the amount which was **********ly taken from my account of R50.70 and they except me to not only accept it but be happy with the outcome...
