Last Friday 07 June 2024, ordered on UberEATS at Chicken Licken Midway Mews. To my surprise I got the the notification that the order has been delivered and they sent a pic of the food on the floor. Who does that a put food on pavement on the floor. Went there and there was nothing at the gate and the security confirmed that they saw this MENILISI guy that is his name the driver but he didn't deliver my food. I never got my order & money was deducted in my account, I called the store complaining that I never got my food and they referred me to UberEATS support but all they can say is that I'm not eligible for refund. UBEREATS I WANT MY MONEY PLEASE I DONT WANT YOUR STORIES AND YOU ALWAYS DO THIS TO PEOPLE I'M NOT THE ONE WHO IS COMPLAINING ABOUT YOU.
