Non existent customer service

I ordered food yesterday and it took 2hours to arrive! And today McDonald's Ellis Park gave me an incomplete order and when I wrote to them tehy refunded me but when I was eating my burger I realized that they gave me a wrong burger and when I went back to contact them they did not give me an option to complain because they had already refunded me for something that I did not get, I have pictures and everything but they do not have a contact number and their "support" does not support at all!!
