Non-existent customer service

There should be an option for zero stars. I had an unrecognised payment of R232.60 taken off my account on 23 June. I logged a query and followed up a few days later and have still not had any feedback from them. They don't have a contact number for queries or complaints. This is really appalling. Kindly refund me! I shall not be using this service again.
