NON delivery of Food via UBEREATS

I ordered food on your APP. Order confirmation and once I was able to message my address details as Uber always has a problem delivering. The delivery time kept on changing. I then decide to go to the gate and wait. I was on the look out for an OPEL vehicle NOTHING. I asked the drive In the chat where he was. The delivery tine changed again. Waited and stood out at my gate and NOTHING. I the get a message to say that my food was dropped at the gate! Go out to check NOTHING. So my question is where the heck did the UBER eats driver drop my food. I want my REFUND.. I sent my address in the chat and was actively chatting to make sure that the DRIVE finds me but he goes and drops my food IN THE STREETS. I DEMAND my MONEY BACK! I am highly disappointed 😞 in UBER EATS.. you stands have DROPPED! I 🤢 at this ! I want my MONEY BACK.. going on this platform I see I am not the only one complaining about this appalling service! I WANT MY MONEY BACK .. this experience I have now opted to delete your app and never use You app again..
