Non Delivery of Food

I placed an order for Akhalwayas for delivery and i never received the order, yet on the app it shows delivered. I had then sent a message to UberEats regarding this issue, and their response to me was "We've taken a look into your order and the concerns you've raised and unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund on this occasion. We understand that these issues do arise on occasion, but not often at this regularity. While we appreciate this wasn't the experience you were looking for, we hope you understand our decision.

This has been the second incident after 3 months with them.

I am really dissappointed with this kind of service, that we have to pay for somthing we did not receive.
