Non- delivery of food

For worst experience, I ordered food. The app showed the driver was 3 minutes away. However I waited for 20 minutes with no sign of the driver or my food. I tried calling him with no response. I then logged a call with ubereats who refused to listen to my side of the story. How fair is that they took my money and did not deliver my food and refuse to refund my money.
