Non Delivery

I ordered pizza on UberEats on 05/03/2021 and UberEats never delivered my Pizza.I immediately called UberEats and logged the incident on UberEats app.UberEats rep**** with a message that they will refund me my money in 3 business days.Till to date UberEats has not refunded me my money.I contacted UberEats on 12/03/2021 and UberEats said they are following up.Till to date UberEats has not refunded me my money and UberEats has not communicated anything .Be careful about using UberEats, use alternative services or rather drive there because there is a high change you will drive there anyway(that is if you still have extra money to spend) without getting your money back.
