Non Delievry of Order

<p>On Friday 17 February 2017 i ordered food with Ubereats. After waiting for a long time, driver did not pitch, he just decided to cancel the order. I then contacted Ubereats and had a chat with Mary Louise who was not really helpful to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p>They both claimed that the driver was denied access by security of which the same company and other courier guys have access to the building even after 6pm, so i am not sure what sort of excuse this is. From my understanding they deliver right to your door but this guy i guess decided to change things to suit himself.</p> <p>This was my first order and i am greatly disappointed by the experience - not sure if i want to use them again.</p>
