No uber support

Placed an order. The money was deducted from my account with a delivery pin of 8104 that meant absolutely nothing because the order just disappeared. No uber support person to send proof of order and deduction of account to, no record of this order on the app- nothing!! How do I get my money back??????!!!!!!
