I paid the courier cash and after he left he didn't stop the app saying the meal is delivered, 20mins later I get a email that I didn't pay for my meal, I texted the courier that my change will be R16.50 and when he got to my gate I asked him if we can first change money so I can make sure my change is right but him trying to confuse me he gave me the food 1st anyway and then my R17 coz he didn't have 50c, my R100 was in between finger and I gave him the money and he left. I'm done with ur services they **** coz customers can't complaint to u what a **** service ur courier guys are running, u run ur business like Mickey mouse house. One courier came to my house with all of my drink spilled I never got compensated for the drink I paid for all I got was a lousy sorry from the courier. Ur support service is nonsense, if u feel sorry abt what I'm telling u what do u plan to do abt so I can walk away a happy customer.
