NO SUPPORT when they get things wrong

1 star is too much, the wrong order was delivered, their app makes no room for assistance and when I did get someone to assist she literally dropped the chat telling me she's not equipped to deal with my issue and someone will get a hold of me in 6-12hrs. SO I guess the food must sit there for 6-12hrs. They've lost me on their entire platform
