Your service is atrocious. This is the second time in the past two weeks that I've experienced a service issue from your people. Your driver contacted me and I missed the call and then sent a message to find out where he was. He did NOT respond to my message, nor did he let me know he had arrived. I did not once receive notification that he had arrived. I'm beginning to think that you guys are running a very successful **** to ***** people's money who have already paid online. This is appalling and I will make this public if I do not receive an apolgy AND A FULL REFUND INTO MY BANK ACCOUNT. I DO NOT WANT A PROMO FROM YOU GUYS. A PROMO DOES NOT HELP AS IT FORCES ME TO USE YOUR HORRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN. I demand a full refund into my account and again, I am extremely dissatisfied with your poor service. As a loyal user, I will no longer be using youir service and will definitely not reccommend to anyone, ever. ********!!!
