Very angry with Uber Eats. Ordered food from them. When driver got to the location, he just took a picture of my office closed door and completed the order then left with my food. Uber said im not even eligible for a refund even though the driver never even tried to call me but there was someone in the office available to accept my food. I also attempted to call but no answer. So I guess we pay and they drivers eat our food. Food that could have even been left at reception. I use them so often but I will never order from them again, its not the first time these people do this to me coz the other one never even arrived even though I had left clear instructions. If it was a cash purchase, i am very sure that things would’ve been different because their driver would’ve made an effort. Such a horrible service!
