No Service ,No Refund

I told the UberEats delivery driver that it was on the right-side of the road. I stood in the rain for 10 mins and waited for my driver I went inside to retrieve my phone and saw that he was on the left side of the road. I walked to him in the rain and asked for my order. He cancelled it and drove off without giving me my food. I was told I will not be offered a refund.
