NO service. No help. *******.

Uber eats service isn’t absolutely pathetic. I ordered food and ensured the food to be delivered to a different address than usual, I made sure of that. The driver, WILLIAM, still drove to the old address and sends a message to say He arrived and he can’t see me. That’s it, nothing else. I try calling driver, he answered and says I don’t see you and cuts the call. He did this twice... I sent a message asking where he is, he states he at the old address and the one I requested is not showing on his end. Fine, tech error but he made no effort to deliver my food or tell me what he could do to solve the situation, instead he confirms the order as delivered and I cannot contact him anymore and Uber eats doesn’t have a freaking contact to call on to enquire or get help. I try logging a complaint on their get help site and it doesn’t accept it. I’ve lost almost 300rand and I have no way of getting through to Uber to help... so the driver is Off with my food and Uber eats has my money. Freaking useless and unprofessional.
