No Service

<p>I have been waiting for over an hour for my order. I am unable to contact anyone for support because their customer service chat room is full. Clearly everyone else is ****ed off as well. How can you offer a service if you know you dont have the resources to deliver. How can one offer a service without a human complaint interaction. I can't cancel because then I will be charged...for a service not rendered. Wow, what an amazing business model. Stick to driving people around town.</p>
