No response to my complaint for almost 6 months

I have been waiting for feedback on 4 complaints from UberEats since August this year. Not a single representative has made contact with me nor have they responded to the in app complaint which is apparently their only method of logging a complaint. This is absolutely horrible service and I would like this dealt with urgently
