No response to customer query

I have been trying to contact ubereats after they charged me twice for an order yesterday and I still get no response. My last interaction was also terrible, I waited 2 hours for an order only to get it cancelled. I have never been this frustrated with uber eats ever. Their service during this COVID time is unlike them, overall unresponsive.
