No response for poor service. Theft

I have ordered from bin rashied Not only did I not get my order , the driver failed to call me on arrival as well as ignored all my calls made to him to allocate my order , I have then reported this to Uber eats and they are blatantly ignoring my emails and I have still not received my money back , this is pathetic service and I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW !!!!!!!!!!!!! The driver is wrong and so are you as Uber eats . I don’t know how you can mistakenly mark an order as complete and forget to contact the customer to say the order is delivered.
