No refunds for unhonoured orders

Today I ordered food from Mc Donalds Wonderboom, using the Ubereats app for me and four of my colleagues. We ordered 3 6pc Chicken McNuggets regular meals, 1 6pc Chicken McNugget Medium meal, and Mcdouble Small Meal. When the Uber driver arrived with the food we checked to see if all our meals were there because we had a few incidents where items were missing from our orders in the past, as we checked we noticed that the 6pc Chicken McNuggets Medium meal was entirely missing from the order that was delivered. Before the uber driver left we informed him that there was an entire meal missing from what he just delivered to us. The uber drive informed us to log the complaint on UberEats inorder for them to refund me for the missing meal and that he can not do anything from his side. The uber driver then left and I tried to log the complaint but got an error when I tried, I then phoned the uber driver to inform him that we are struggling to log the complaint and asked him if it will be possible just to go back to Mc Donalds Wonderboom and pick up the missing meal which he did not take, the uber driver said no and then just hung up the phone. Since then I tried to log the complaint and ask for a refund for the meal that was not delivered, just to receive feedback from UberEat that states they have taken a look into my order and the concerns I raised and unfortunately they will not be providing me with a refund on this occasion!! So I paid for 5 meals and delivery and service fees, receive only four meals, raised the complaint just for them to take my money for a meal I never received and them refusing to give me a refund for that meal!! I will NEVER order from UberEats again they are *****ing from their customer and don't even have a contact number you can phone them on. Their Drivers are useless and do not make sure they have the entire order before leaving, and when you tell them face-to-face that a meal is missing they refuse to go back and pick up your order which you paid for and THEY forgot. After I received the feedback from UberEats I even tried to phone Mc Donalds Wonderboom to tell them they did not give my meal to the Uber driver but their phone does not work, so I logged a complaint with them as well and still haven't heard back from them.
