No refunds for incorrect/ missing orders

Do not do business with these ********** when ordering food! I had ordered food the previous night and the restaurant messed up my order due to not reading the order properly. I alerted UberEats of the mishap and I was told since I had recently complained about another restaurant which has missed an item in an order, I am illegible for a refund on the current order. What kind of bull**** is that?? They even threatened to deactivate my account if I complain too much on messed up orders I obviously have no control over. Rather go with Mr Delivery.
