No Refund - Too Late

I placed an order on 20 June 2021 with Uber Eats for RocoMamas and I missed the driver's call when he arrived. He then left, after not too long, and I tried contacting him numerous times but couldn't get hold of him. On 23 June 2021 the payment for the order was debited but I never received my meal. The app states "its too late to request a refund now as we've already released these funds to the merchant." I would like a refund of the payment for an order I didn't receive.
