No refund received on poor service

I ordered Uber eats on the 5th of August 2023 from spur. My order took about 2 hours and when it arrived it was ice cold and not even tasty. My total amount deducted from my bank for the food was R469.15. This is alot of money for such poor quality food from spur. I lodged a complaint with uber eats and they said they will refund me for my whole order wich was R469.15 Yesterday i received an amount of R85.30 from uber eats, where is the rest that is R383.85? I lodged a complaint again and asked where the rest is and only an automated email comes back everytime.
