No refund received from Uber Eats

My name is Emily Mankhe I have order food from Uber eats on the 18th June 2021, I did not receive the food but I received an email to say the food has been delivered. I called Uber eats to report the matter I was told that they will refund me. I called again after 3 days I was told to send a message, I sent a message via their app, respond I got is I should order same food and I won't be charged. I asked if I can be refunded they responded to say they will log my queries away so that they can attend other queries. I have not received a refund and I was given information that does not correspond everytime I called.
