No refund made

I ordered food on the 19/12/2021 with my bank card and I inserted wrong address and tried to change address as there was an option to change it. When I clicked on it I couldn't change it and was given an option to cancel the order of which I did. I made 3 queries in a row and was told there was an authorisation hold. Today when I make a follow up again I am told it's Over 24 hours and they can't refund. Uber eats is a *******. Always used their app and had no problems. Thanks for their bad service il start using Mr D food
