No Refund from uber eats

I ordered a 2 meal via uber eats from KFC dobsonville on the 30th April, they brought an order with missing items it was at night. In the morning I went to uber support to inform them. They then said they will process a refund, the receipt amount was changed to a low amount, till today no refund has been done. Ubereats has bad service and takes our money when drivers bring incomplete orders, i would advise we stop using the app as it doesnt help but takes our hard earned cash. Im done with ubereat i rather drive to the mall
