NO REFUND

I have ordered on the 19th of April from their websites and unfortunately my order was not delivered,I contacted them they said I will get my refund its over 6 weeks now,I am sent from pillar to post everytime they say I will will be refunded in the next 3 to 10 days but now Its over 6 weeks with no refund....Ubereats can I please have my money I am tired of being treated like a fool
