No Pizza Delivery

We purchased pizzas at Romans Pizza, Athlone, on the 22.02.24. I was waiting for the order to arrive. The driver did not hoot as an indication that he is there with the order. My brother showed me the confirmation that the order was delivered, but nothing was received. I went to the store and they couldn't assist. I had to contact Uber Eats. I e - mail the "Merchant Support" email address and Bilal & Abdul Basit responded that they couldn't assist and that I go to the "HELP" option on the app, where they will assist. I requested that they provide me with an e - mail address and they just kept giving the same response. Where is it where consultants go out of their way for their clients? They just refuse to do this, which shows that they are providing POOR, PATHETIC SERVICE, on behalf of Uber Eats! hoping that I will get a positive response.
