No order received

I ordered food while at work and the driver was getting lost regardless of the delivery instructions being straight forward. The driver did not contact me and what is worse is that the app does not have the functionality to contact the delivery person.

Quite a disappointing service. Especially because you describe your issue on the app yet no one helps you. My money is gone and I have not received my food. Pathetic. Fix your nonsense
