No more with uber eats

Today on the 14th of February 2021 I ordered my food at Spur at 12 using uber eats, I never received my order, when I call uber eats they tell me that the delivery person arrived and he didn't when I contact spur they're saying the delivery person he's not appearing on their system. I have lost my money and also my food. I have even deleted the app because it's not reliable
