No longer using UberEats

I am deeply disappointed with UberEats. I ordered something from KFC using a voucher. According to my Uber Eats reciept the voucher was deducted, however the entire amount of the order as if the voucher did not apply was deducted from my bank account. They call centre is not of any assistance and when you report this on the app i was sent a message that I cant be refunded because the voucher app****😑 so basically their implying that my bank balance is decieving me😡😡😡
