No longer using Uber Eats from now on

I placed this order around 18:05 or a few minutes later. This order only arrived around 19:20. That was for 12 samoosas!!! Your driver says the restaurant took longer that usual. I called the restaurant and they informed me that the order was ready for a long time. I am now here eating cold and mushy samoosas. Can Uber Eats let me know what are they planning on doing? Completely unacceptable.

How would you feel if I make your driver wait outside for an hour?
