No longer a viable choice for the delivery of hot food you want to eat.

Uber eats is no longer worth it. Drivers almost always deliver another order or two along the way which means that three times out of four your food arrives cold. In other words the food arrives in a state that would not be accepted if at a restaurant and we have regressed from the “if it’s cold it’s free” stickers of deliveries in the past.

This problem has persisted for the last 8-12 months and we are reaching the point of no longer using Uber eats because the food almost always arrives in a disappointing state. Fix this approach Uber because soon it will not be just us who chooses to no longer use your service.
