No help and John Dorys bluff is rude

We ordered food from the Bluff John Dorys for R 400.00 via the uber eats. The food arrived with hard and uncooked chips. The chicken strips were not chicken strips but a breast of chicken. The calamari main was tasteless. We ordered crumded chicken and calamari but got fried in oil only food. The food was cold. I called the restaurant who was rude and blamed loadshedding and that I must ask for a refund on Ubereats. I sent many requests on the Ubereats app with no feedback or place to request a refund. The food is sitting in our fridge.
