No go

I just ordered pizza and the delivery guy didn’t not make it to my house. He instead said he’s at a nearby mall and cannot find my location. When I told him to wait I’ll come get it where he is, he left it on the floor and left. So I don’t even know where the pizza is. I contacted Uber Support and was informed that he followed policy, he waited 15 min ( a big lie) and left because he couldn’t get hold of me. I’m so annoyed at the level of service.
