No food was delivered to me

I ordered food at KFC jabulani through ubereats after an hour waiting for the food to be delivered at the last minute they cancelled my order and said there's no one to deliver it imagine waiting for that long and I was so hungry I didn't even cook any food for me and my kids and I'm also pregnant
