No food received. Then told no refund.

I placed an order and kept checking to see where the driver was. I eventually called as I had not gotten any calls. When call connected I could not hear the driver at all the line was extremely bad and when I tried again the call did not connect. When I reported the incident on the app they advised the driver had tried to call me. Yet I attached a screen shot and NO ONE tried calling me. I want my refund. No food delivered or calls received
