No Food Received -No Customer SERVICE From Staff

On n lay back Sunday i ordered food for my Family that came to Visit from Mc Donalds Durban RD VIA THE FAMOUS UBER EATS... We Never received our order Money has been debited off my account for food... App showed food has been delivered but we never received our food that we paid for... After 2 Hrs waiting i had to fetch my own food.. And found out UBER EATS driver left long time ago with the order... So someone received my order that i paid FOR... I contacted Uber Eats Via FACEBOOK MESSENGER we i have been told a representative wil contact me Via email. I have sitting and checking whole day for this email have contacted them numerous of times via MESSENGER just to here email has been send. I have been checking spam and junk mail NOTHING like my food F Hol. Only adverts from them i have given the my direct contact number...... I Guess my money must first make intrest before i get reimbursed... Poor Communication and Customer service...
