No food nor refund, chat just dismissed me

I wouldn't even give it a single star. My order never got delivered. Ubereats says the driver was at my location and I didn’t respond and therefor I won’t get a refund. I was communicating with the driver, told him to follow delivery instructions as he is at the wrong place. He just left the place with my food and never delivered it. No refund. No food. Terrible communication, terrible service.
