No food for the hungry

Terrible service. I have a bad experience few years back with using their app. It pulled in an incorrect address from some other part of the neighbourhood. The food never arrived and when I tried calling no one would answer or it was engaged. I phoned the restaurant and they gave me a number to get hold of ubereats. The person that answerd was obnoxious and rude and was unhappy that I had phoned but refunded my money begrudgingly and cheeky ****** warned me not to do it again. Fast forward a few years and was force to once again try out their service. I though things must have improved since the last time I used them. I installed the app and the order went smooth but and hour later the order had not arrived. I realized then that this was uber eats doing what they do best and that not delivering food. I tried contacting the driver using the app and he did not answer. I tried the support number and it said the number was not valid. So once again no way of contacting them. I sent them and email and got a very snotty email back saying they're sorry but they reviewed my history and would not be refunding me.

Let this be a warning to you. They do not care if the meal arrives and give less about providing support if something goes wrong. You are better off with Mr Delivery or just getting it yourself. They are a unhelpful, rude bunch that couldnt give a hoot. Stay clear they make you're money disapear and so to your dinner.
