No food delivered, driver not responding, UberEats not assisting.

My food never arrived. The delivery guy did not answer my calls, all he kept responding was "hello". I was tracking him on the app and waited outside for 35 minutes, not once was the delivery guy even in my street! I sent a pin and messages to his number with no response. I got a notification that the food had been delivered, still no response. UberEats also does not have a platform to report these issues except connecting you to the driver who doesn't answer his phone. I am so upset about missed out on my delivery and having to pay for it, especially since it was not my fault.
