No food delivered and no help

I placed an order with NY bagels and requested a delivery to my place of work. The driver went to the wrong location and continuously ignored every attempt I made to direct him to where he was supposed to be. I asked for the delivery to be brought to my office door, and yet I went outside the office park and waited in 8-degree Cape Town winter for more than half an hour. The Uber Eats consumer support is a joke. I asked for help and was disconnected without being given any information. I am furious. R435.90 down the drain? What a useless establishment.
